B Introduction b : Scleroderma patients can exhibit a multitude of symptoms including both dysphagia and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD). B Results b : At 6-months post-op, bile reflux into the remaining gastric pouch was identified in 14 LOAGB patients (70%), four LSG patients (31%), and one LRYGB patient (5%). Pertinent themes related to AVF care that were strongly illustrated in this study were: i. surgeon-patient relationships were critical to how patients feel about their fistula care, ii. anaesthetic experiences were highly influential in how patients viewed future fistula interventions and iii. feeling cared for by a wider team provided patients with security and safety. CP patients with constant background pain (± exacerbations) had significantly higher frequency of pain attacks, higher opioid use and affective descriptors than CP patients with intermittent pain. B Results b : A total of 528 patients were included in this study, with 283 patients in the pre-guideline group and 245 patients in the post-guideline group. [Extracted from the article]
