Abstrakt: | The article focuses on jurisprudence of ‘Revolution' in Uganda and Nigeria and turn to dictatorship, and how did it spread from one place to another. It mentions indispensable in authorizing executive power, and converting the commands of military leaders into formal administrative structures and rulings were used to sanitize coups across the common law world. It also mentions British dependencies were better equipped to create their own legal systems. |
