Abstrakt: |
In this paper, the author introduced a sentiment analysis-based customer loyalty prediction model in mobile applications using word embedding models, deep learning algorithms, and deep contextualized word representations. This method showed better performances than usual state-of-the-art methods in separate data sets along with the combined data set on both gender and region classification.
