| Abstrakt: |
The three-component cyclization of ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate and 2-aminoethanol with 3-methyl-2-butanone in hexahydrooxazolo[3,2-a]pyridin-5-ones was studied. The reaction leads to a mixture of cis- and trans- diastereomers, the structures of which were investigated using 1H, 19F, 13C NMR spectroscopy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
