Abstrakt: The possibility of diagnosing geomagnetic-induced currents by estimating harmonic variations in high-voltage power lines is shown. It is established that the variations of even voltage harmonics (fourth, sixth, and eighth) of high-voltage lines can be used as indicators of geomagnetically induced currents. The best diagnostic results are achieved when using the sixth harmonic of the voltage of a high-voltage power line as a marker. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
