Abstrakt: | The article explores Middle school represents a transition period of growing independence, onset of puberty, changing self-image, increasing desire for peer support, and establishment of eating and exercise habits (Mizelle & Irvin, 2000; Muscarà et al., 2018; Neumark-Sztainer et al., 2010. In this transition, adolescents may become susceptible to social anxiety, body dissatisfaction, loneliness, and depression due to weight-related teasing/bullying. |
