The article offers information on the applications for condition-based monitoring and performance optimization which may become a standard offering accompanying processing equipment deliveries. It discusses that a starting point for applications of predictive data analytics has been to enable condition-based monitoring of pumps and other types of rotating equipment; and mentions that implementing predictive maintenance approaches helps to reduce downtime, optimize spare parts inventory. |
