Abstrakt:	The article offers information related to "Oedipus the King and "The Road Not Taken" by Christopher S. Nassaar, which appeared in the periodical "ANQ" on March 2022. Topic includes on the two essays on Sophocles's play, "Tampering with the Future" and "Faith and Reason in Oedipus the King," I argued that Oedipus had considerable free will in the play, despite the fact that two major events in his life – killing his father and marrying his mother – were fated and unavoidable.
