Abstrakt: We organized our inquiry around an initial question of interest: In light of the turbulence of racial tension and disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic, what could or should the future of leadership education look like? When we started this process in summer of 2020, our focus was on how the co-inquiry process could help us with meaning-making around how COVID will influence the evolution of our work as leadership educators.
