Abstrakt: Synthesis of magnetic mesoporous nanomaterials Fe3O4@mSiO2 by reversed-phase microemulsion method is introduced in this paper. This method not only has simple steps, but also can obtain uniform size and good dispersion of nanoparticles. The influences of the synthesis conditions such as precipitator, molar ratio of water to surfactant, iron salt concentration and TEOS concentration on the morphology and size of synthesized nanomaterials were explored. Finally, the optimal reaction conditions were determined. Fe3O4@mSiO2 surface modification grafted carbon quantum dots has fluorescence properties, which can be used for vivo imaging. Magnetic analysis and simulation of magnetic targeting localization in vitro both indicated that Fe3O4@mSiO2 has good magnetic properties, which can be used for magnetically targeted therapy in biomedicine.
