I've used modified live vaccines on cows in late gestation when absolutely necessary for respiratory problems, but you have to be careful when using these vaccines in bred females. I also really encourage people to use scour vaccines on their cows, whichever brand you want, because as long as the calf gets up and nurses, the cow should pass on that protection to the calf.
