Abstrakt: Dear Editor, Porokeratosis (PK) is a rare epidermal keratinization disorder having multiple clinical variants with the common histopathological feature of coronoid lamella. (b) Multiple skin-colored plaques with irregular borders, showing hyperkeratosis of whole lesions and peripheral hyperkeratotic rim. Verrucous type of PK is not described as well as the classic variant of PK, and it has been reported to present as diffuse central hyperkeratosis or marginal hyperkeratosis.1,2 We report a case of linear hyperkeratotic PK, confirmed after long follow-up and repeated biopsies.
