Tadarus is a group Quran recitation activity that is usually done during the month of Ramadan. Although for the years 2020 and 2021, Ramadan falls in the pandemic season, this activity is still actively continuing online. The Deaf community also take part in this programme. Having the inspiration to provide the broadest possible opportunity and space for them to learn the Quran, using methods that celebrate their strengths and learning disabilities, an online tadarus program called Online Quranic Tadarus Without Voice (Online Tadarus Tanpa Suara) was conducted using the Google Meet platform. Therefore, this study intends to explore the challenges faced by the Deaf community in the program. The methodology used is document analysis by analysing the current report of each facilitator on a daily basis and the feedback provided through the Google Form. In addition, the researcher also made observations on each recording of the Online TTS class done daily. The findings of the study showed that participants were able to follow the Online TTS session well. However, there are also some challenges, which can be categorised into two parts: internal and external challenges. These are: weaknesses in mastering Quran Hand Code, limitation of time, and internet network access. However, it is hoped that this Quran programme is able to bring the Deaf closer to the miracles of the Quran by celebrating the learning disabilities of this community based on visual strength.
