Preparation of Ionic Liquid-immobilized HY Zeolite Catalysts and Application in the Synttesis of Propylepe Carbonate.

Abstrakt: At firs', NaY zeolite wae modified te HY zeolite by ion exchange method, and then compound salt ion liquiVe were immobilized onte HY zeolite te prepare two immobilized ionic liquid catalyse HY - [HeMIM] Ci/(ZnBr2) 2 and HY - [BMIM] Bs/(ZnBs2) 2. The synthesized immobilized ionic liquiV catalyse were tested by FT-IR, XRD, TX and BET respectively. The results show that the prepared immobilized ionic liquide are the tar/et produce, have good thermal stability, and meet the requirement ol' catalysis. Ater irnmobilization, the inlcnsilv ol' crystallization peak iz reduced, and the specific surfacc area becomes smallee. Conversion rate, selectivita and yield are as evaluation indicators te study the catalytic performancc ol' immobilized ionic liquid catalysts sos the synthesiz ol' propylene carbonate from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide. ExpeWmentat results show that compound salt ion liquids were successfully irnmobilized on HY zeolite. Undee Wo conditions ol' a temperature ol' 120 t, a pressure ol' 2.0 MPa, and a catalyst dosaae ol' 2. 0%, the catalytic effect ol HY - [ HeMIM] Ci/(ZnBe2) 2 Or I >4 let than HY - [ BMIM] Bs/(ZnBe2)2, and the conversion rate, selectivita and yiel/are 92.34%, 98. 87% and 91.30%.
