The paper deals with the effectiveness of the European Union's visa policy. He points to the possibility of introducing more effective tools following the example of other countries in the world. It focuses first on the ETIAS travel authorization, which is gradually being introduced by the European Union for visa-free third-country nationals. It also focuses on the electronic visa model (eVISA), which, based on the analysis, is the most appropriate tool for visa facilitation. He describes electronic visas in Australia and Turkey as a model. The contribution also includes other options for partial visa facilitation in certain situations, following the example of Poland, China, Australia and the USA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
