In this study, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were first coated on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE), and then, the copper nanodendrites (CuNDs) were synthesized on the surface of MWCNTs/GCE by electrodeposition. Afterward, the CuNDs/MWCNTs/GCE was prepared. The electrochemical performance of CuNDs/MWCNTs/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The preparation conditions of CuNDs/MWCNTs/GCE and the detection conditions of chloramphenicol (CAP) were optimized. The linear range by LSV was 0.15 to 12.0 μmol/L, and the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 9.84 nmol/L in pH = 7.0 KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer solution under the accumulation potential of − 0.4 V (vs. SCE) and accumulation time of 600 s. The modified electrode was applied in the determination of CAP in environmental water samples. The recoveries were between 95.78 and 102.67%, indicating that CuNDs/MWCNTs/GCE was suitable for the determination of CAP in environmental water samples. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
