| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the case of post-traumatic neck mass in a four-year-old female patient without significant medical history. A computed tomography (CT) angiography and magnetic resonance imaging of the neck was performed on the patient. During fine needle aspiration cytology, blood with numerous lymphocytes corresponding to lymphangioma was discovered. Among the conservative management of lymphangiomas are sclerotherapy with bleomycin and radiofrequency ablation. |
