Politics is not only centered on political party for instance elections and political campaign, it can also take place in various forms and situations. From sensitive issues of faith involving the clash of Shia ideologies, Shia Zaidiyah critiques of Imamah Theory Shia Imamiah and Shia Ismaili, punk protest practices that were born half a century ago to form a sub-culture. Finally, politics is also emerged in an organizational management, known as organizational politics or micropolitics. In general, many academicians regard organizational politics as behavior that intends to protect self-interest by making other individual or groups victims in order to achieve its goals and ambitions.
