Abstrakt: Politics is not only centered on political party for instance elections and political campaign, it can also take place in various forms and situations. From sensitive issues of faith involving the clash of Shia ideologies, Shia Zaidiyah critiques of Imamah Theory Shia Imamiah and Shia Ismaili, punk protest practices that were born half a century ago to form a sub-culture. Finally, politics is also emerged in an organizational management, known as organizational politics or micropolitics. Although micro (very small) but cannot escape from power and influence in achieving goals. In general, many academicians regard organizational politics as behavior that intends to protect self-interest by making other individual or groups victims in order to achieve its goals and ambitions. Promotion, project tender procurement and dissemination of information more easily achieved in the presence of unhealthy political activities. Accordingly, this discussion is not intended to focus on a similar approach in answering research questions directed at political development from the point of view of governance and political party. In fact, it is not even centered on a form of analysis that measures the level of structured politics and involves international relations. But, more specifically to leadership and public administration as a thrust subject in the framework of the discussion to understand the question of organizational politics and its implications to the organization.
