Abstrakt: In order to avoid the exposure of the core mat in the sandwich insulation material, the quartz fibre fabric and core mat are sewn into a whole by puncture and suture. The sandwich insulation material with different stitching parameters and different thicknesses are prepared. The relationship between the stitching parameters and the thermal insulation performance of the material is analyzed by testing the compressive resilience performance as well as the thermal insulation properties. The results show that two curves of the prepared sandwich suture insulation materials under two loads tend to be consistent, which illustrates that the specimen has less damage and can still restore its original state in the process of compression rebound; the greater needle spacing and row spacing can reduce the conduction path of the solid phase material, the greater the needle spacing and row spacing, the thicker the thickness, the smaller the thermal conductivity of the material, and the better the thermal insulation performance; the sample with the thickness of 30 mm and the needle spacing X row spacing of 5 mm X 25 mm has the smallest thermal conductivity, which is 0.051 816 W/(m⋅K), its cold surface temperature is the lowest and the curve change is the most gentle, and its thermal insulation effect is the best.
