Solving the problem of reliability improvement of the region heat supply system through optimal investment management.

Abstrakt: A method for calculating the reliability of a regional heat supply system has been proposed. The issue of improving the reliability of the heat supply system in the region was studied using the algorithm for the optimal distribution of investments in activities that contribute to increasing this indicator. The initial management task statement was nonlinear and modified to a task with Boolean variables. The solution of the task is carried out on the example of the heat supply system of the Udmurt Republic by a genetic algorithm with binary encoding. The option of unlimited financing of measures to improve the reliability of the heat supply system in the region was considered, as well as the option when financing is uniform and limited to a specified amount.
