The general mathematical optimization model of multimodal logistics operations carried out by a transport company is discussed. On the basis of application of the modified heuristic principle of the generalization to the specialized version of Wilson formula, the theoretical algorithm for obtaining the fuzzy-multiple estimation of the optimized order size related to functions of multimodal transport company as a logistic mediator and distributor, taking into account the uncertainty of exogenous parameter of company expenses on storage of the supplies is described.
