The paper is dedicated to the building and investigation of mathematical models and numerical methods of human resources management. First, we consider cooperative game theoretic models of reward allocation. An algorithm of solution of the problem basing on different optimality principles is proposed. Then dynamic models of administrative and economic control of the working time are studied. It is assumed that each employee divides his working time between the main work and other kinds of labor activity. A supervisor can bound the share of main work from below (that incurs administrative control cost) or propose the coefficients of reward. These managerial methods are formalized as dynamic Stackelberg games with phase constraints that are solved by means of simulation modeling. At last, the discrete optimization models of staffing are considered. A computational analysis of sensitivity of the solutions to the change of model parameters is made, and an interpretation of the results is proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
