Abstrakt: The process of digital design of parts was investigated. The methods of solid-state modelling are analysed to create part geometry in SolidWorks. An algorithm for modelling several design options "Rocking" details are developed using the configuration method. The advantage of this method is the ability to replace the three-dimensional part model in the assembly unit file with minimal adjoint adjustment. The proposed algorithm allows you to create three-dimensional electronic models of new aircraft and mechanical engineering products based on previously developed with minimal time and strength. The authors made a comparison of labor costs and temporary costs for modelling new design options for the "Rocking" details in the traditional way and using the developed algorithm. The reduction in the time costs for the design of the product when using the proposed algorithm was 28%, which makes it possible to judge its effectiveness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
