Abstrakt: The article is devoted to the problem of obtaining and improving the properties of metal-polymer coatings in the parts of machines and mechanisms operating in extreme conditions. In order to combine the technological processes of pressing, sintering, welding with the preservation of useful anti-wear and antifriction properties of fluoroplastic. The work was carried out on the modernized vacuum plant SVDY 306.04. Antifriction properties were investigated with the study of optimal percentage of copper. Additionally, the antifriction characteristics of the coating based on fluoroplast, polyamide and copper M1 in different percentages were investigated. The best antifriction characteristics showed a filled fluoroplastic F-4D 80%, polyamide 15%, powder copper 5%, both by friction dry and with various types of lubricant. It has been established that the greatest strength of a compound containing 20 wt.% copper powder is achieved with pressure on the welding joint 10MPA, the welding temperature 673K, the time of isothermal exposure 30 minutes. The resulting coatings have the intensity of wear 6 - 8E-9, the friction coefficient is 0.02 at a slide rate of 1m/s, 2 MPa pressure (lubricant - Tsiatim-201). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
