Abstrakt: The aviation service area is the main profitable part of the aviation products life cycle. This was proved after the structural-parametric analysis of the world market of the aviation industry, as well as when considering the domestic helicopter industry. During the design and operation of helicopters, it is important to increase the aircraft service time and reduce down time, as indicated by the given graphical model of the business goal in the development and use of the aviation products. Licenses trade for the manufacture and maintenance of helicopters at the boundaries of the product life cycle is one way to diversify the sources of profit. The Holding needs to compensate for profitable losses in the sale of helicopters not only by monopolizing the service, but also by independently controlling the cost in this market. At the moment, maintenance is a promising, high-tech and profitable occupation, which includes continuous monitoring and quality control of service throughout the entire life cycle of the helicopter. The increase in profit directly depends on the increase in service work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
