This study investigates the issues of interaction between banks and insurance companies in the context of the sale of insurance products. The relevance of the subject matter is conditioned by the need to establish a clear system of interaction between banks and insurance companies regarding the sale of insurance products and creating the most favourable conditions for the conclusion of transactions in this respect. The purpose of this study is to identify the main aspects of interaction between banks and insurance companies in the context of the sale of insurance services and to assess the real possibility of developing such interaction in the modern realities of the Ukrainian banking system. The basis of the methodology of this study comprises a combination of the analytical method of researching the issues, raised in its subject matter, with the information-logical construction of the obtained results and the development of the final conclusions of this study. The main results achieved within the framework of this study should include the definition of the main areas of interaction between banks and insurance companies in the context of the sale of joint insurance products, as well as a general as sessment of the trends in the development of bank assurance services in Ukraine at the current time. Prospects for further studies in this area are determined by the importance of the issues under consideration and the need to establish optimal conditions for regulating various aspects of interaction between banking structures and insurance companies regarding the sale of insurance products, in order to create a high-quality base for the subsequent integration of services of banks and insurance companies in the current economic situation in society. The applied value of this scientific study lies in the possibility of applying its results in practice to create optimal opportunities for joint activities of banks and insurance companies, regarding the sale of various insurance products to the population.
