Abstrakt: The article provides data on the effect of a protein hydrolyzate of plant origin on the quality and safety of meat and eggs, as well as the possibility of obtaining biologically valuable poultry products with specified characteristics. Research has been carried out on the content of amino acids, as well as selenium and iodine in meat and eggs. It was proved that the use of Abiotonik significantly increased the content of essential amino acids, influenced the content of selenium and iodine in poultry products. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
