The use of the feed additive "Peak-antistress" allows to activate the adaptive processes in the bird's body and stabilize metabolism due to the combined stress-protective and antioxidant action. Data analysis indicates that the poultry in the process of slaughter experiences stress of various origins, while the use of "SPAO-complex" and "Peak antistress" stabilizes adaptation processes in the body and stimulates metabolic processes, as evidenced by an increase in the average daily gain in live weight and safety of the bird experimental groups. The content of essential minerals and toxic elements in white and red meat of broiler chickens was significantly lower than the maximum permissible concentrations established in regulatory documents and reference literature. In white and red meat, the content of copper was 2.5 and 3.8%, iron 6.8 and 12.2%, zinc 6.6 and 18.5%, nickel 3.3 and 1.6%, cadmium 7.4 and 7.8, lead 8.3 and 8.0% of the maximum permissible concentration, respectively. In a comparative aspect, the use of the feed additive "Peak-Antistress" is more effective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
