Abstrakt: By dubbing neuroscience a part and person the whole, and by placing the whole person within the theologian's discourse, Wong has left the scientific discourse unaffected. Ricoeur says that discourse happens when "someone says something to someone about something."[3] Where I speak of language, Ricoeur speaks of discourse. Wong builds this third discourse bridge out of materials he has collected from philosophical hermeneutics, especially the work of Paul Ricoeur. Wong's Thesis Here is the question Wong asks in this book: how can we construct a I third discourse i that bridges the gap between scientific discourse, on the one hand, and theological discourse, on the other?.
