The article discusses a family court intake process developed by a Task Force on Family Court Intake in Florida in 2017. Topics discussed include the limitations of the uniform court intake system design recommended by the Florida Supreme Court Steering Committee on Children and Families in 2001, role of the Florida Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (FLAFCC) in the operation of the task force, and use of information, triage and case management in the model. |
