Abstrakt:	The article analyzes the law, history and proposals for reform of nationwide injunctions in the U.S. Among the cases affected by nationwide injunctions are immigration, federal policy and civil rights cases. It mentions the implication of the lack of standard court language in the issuance of nationwide injunctions and lack of federal statute authorizing the courts to issue them. Also cited are proposals to reform them such as reducing incentives for litigants to seek the injunction.
