Abstrakt: The pooled crude OR for BW < 3rd centile was increased in CPM vs non-CPM, with only 3 studies with available data and substantial heterogeneity (OR 5.33, 95% CI 1.19-24.19, I SP 2 sp = 83%). Outcomes of pregnancies prenatally diagnosed with confined placental mosaicism (CPM) are controversial with an association described with reduced birthweight (BW) and fetal growth. The study aim was to evaluate the rate of adverse neonatal outcomes in pregnancies with prenatal diagnosis of CPM as compared to non-CPM matched controls. [Extracted from the article]
