Transvaginal sonography showed a 33mm gestation sac, 3mm live fetal pole with heart beat at lower segment of uterus at the location of previous CS scar. The first -hcG titer of the patient was 58000 IU/L. Her second set of -hcG increased to 110500 IU/L. Two doses of MTX with 48 hours' interval was prescribed for her. Transvaginal sonography showed an 18x20 mm gestation sac with fetal heart and yolk sac at lower segment of uterus at the location of the previous CS scar. [Extracted from the article] |
