| Abstrakt: | In the article, the author explains why collaborative care in perinatal health is the best solution to improve obstetrical outcomes. Also cited are the alleged failure by the perinatal community to optimize the advancement of collaborative care and a culture of perinatal safety, and some proposed actions by health care practitioners, risk managers and health care organizations like strengthening peer review, developing obstetrical leadership, and engaging medical staff. |
