Abstrakt:	Focuses on the appeals of the Syrians to the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations for the establishment of justice of their charges of atrocities against France. Violation of France on the spirit of the mandate system by intensifying its military operations in Syria; Agreements between French and Syrian representatives for the guaranteed independence and national sovereignty of Syria; Installation of Raymond Poincare change the stand of the French by refusing in the last moment to accept the terms; Failure of the Commission to remedy the Syrian situation.
