Abstrakt: As an indispensable part of the offshore ecosystem, the coastline will not only affect the ecological balance of the offshore ecosystem but also affect the ecological balance of the entire marine ecosystem. Therefore, people in coastal areas attach great importance to the development of the coastline. How to monitor the development of the coastline in real time is very important. My country's community services not only have the characteristics of community services in many countries in the world but also have Chinese characteristics that are clearly different from other countries. The purpose of community service in our country is to focus on the people, seek welfare for the people, and seek development for the society. Therefore, compared with many countries, China's social services have many advantages such as a sound social security system and complete service functions. The major task of community service in our country is to help the poor, focusing on poverty-stricken household registration and vulnerable groups, and establishing a community-based service mechanism that satisfies the people and reassures the government. In the past few years of the development of community services in our country, a large number of excellent service outlets have appeared, and many communities have successively introduced many advanced service facilities. However, there are still some shortcomings in our community services. The most obvious manifestation is that the main body of community services in our country is still the government. Because our country is still in the early stage of economic development, many people's consciousness and concepts have not kept up with the pace of the times, and the development of social services in some areas is at a relatively backward level. Therefore, it is difficult for the people to occupy a dominant position in social services. Therefore, how to improve people's sense of participation in social services and optimize social services in various regions is a major problem we face. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
