The purpose of this article is to cultivate the sound bonding of BaTiO3 (BTO) and CoFe2O4 (CFO) nanoferrites with enhanced structural, dielectric and sensing properties towards LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas). For achieving better performance, CFO/BTO nanocomposites at (0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100) wt% CFO have been synthesized by solid state method. The structural, morphological, elemental, and sensing properties have been scrutinized using the X-ray diffractometer, FESEM, EDX and LCR meter respectively. The response R (%) towards LPG has been determined above 90% for all wt% CFO at different temperature, which is conspicuous property of CFO/BTO nanocomposites. The selectivity towards LPG including NH3, long term stability up to 30 days, and almost 100% response towards water vapor have been exhibited subsequently with varying wt% of CFO in CFO/BTO nanocomposites.
