We are in agreement with the conclusions of the aforementioned study and fully support the introduction of the ROBINS-I screening tool as an efficient method of standardization of surgical trial bias. I Dear Editor i , We read with great interest Moncur et al.'s [1] recent systematic review investigating the impact and outcomes of postoperative anaemia in colorectal cancer patients. The other five studies all fulfil at least "moderate" risk of bias in at least one domain and therefore should have at least an overall "moderate" risk of bias using the ROBINS-I screening tool.
