Abstrakt: To study the interaction mechanism among various influencing factors within resilient cities, this study extracts 32 factors influencing resilient cities from dimensions of environment, infrastructure, economy, society and policy by means of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and expert interviews. This paper uses the Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) to carry out matrix iterative operation and hierarchical processing, and to divide the influencing factors into 5 categories. The ISM of influencing factors in resilient cities is formed, and the internal relationship and function mechanism among influencing factors in resilient cities are analyzed. The results show that the factors affecting resilient cities can be divided into three levels, including direct factors, intermediate factors and fundamental factors. Besides, open cooperation, technological innovation, urban historical background, information sharing and public participation are the fundamental factor that affects the resilient cities. The results of the model analysis are highly consistent with the actual investigation, and can clarify the key and fundamental factors in the process of resilient urban construction.
