Among the history papers, there are several prominent figures who have influenced the course of history and have a fundamental role in the emergence of the present. And we might see that a large number of them has been forgotten and is rarely mentioned. These personalities did not get their full right of attention and research. Also, some historians have a view from one angle, and he oppressed that character, leaving and forgetting what this character had of the brilliant political or military role he played for the sake of his homeland and for the principles on which he was based. And among those personalities that we found that they did not take their right to highlight their role, in the greatest empire, and in the most difficult times they went through, the character of Ismail Anwar Pasha. Ismail Anwar Pasha's military and political personality played an important role in the end of the Ottoman Empire.
