Information that the shortage of supply of coal, wood and telegraph poles from Germany to France sparked the invasion; Cause of delivery of coal which lies in the fact that the Treaty of Versailles put an obligation on the German government to deliver commodities which it does not own; Allegation that main trend of the financial sections of the Treaty is toward a senseless socialism; Exploitation of the French of the antagonism between the workingmen of the Ruhr and the big industrial employers. |
