Abstrakt: Work engagement, both at the individual and team levels, is relevant to understand employee performance and well-being. The aim of this study is to examine the association between work engagement and organizational justice while observing the moderating role of psychological empowerment in public health sector nurses. An analytical cross sectional study design was used to get data from 350 nurses of different hospitals and institutes through convenience sampling technique. Selfadministered questionnaires of variables Work Engagement (UE) and organizational justice (OJ) on likert scale were used to collect data. The results of data reveal that all three elements of OJ that is distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice are positively associated with WE in work place.
