Topics covered include the group's diversity, a history of anti-Asian racism, racism's causation of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and unsafe feelings, and ground rules and suggested interventions for managing ethnoracial trauma symptoms. Also noted are American-born Asians' struggles in navigating 2 cultures. |
