Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the reduction of maternal morbidity after cesarean section during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic through acute care physical therapy. Topics include the factors that affect cesarean section recovery during the pandemic, the benefit from physical therapy that can be obtained by women with high-risk pregnancy conditions requiring activity restrictions, and the need to establish obstetric rehabilitation as the standard of maternal care.
