Design and realization of flat knitted suit based on CAD pattern technology.

Abstrakt: In order to better improve the rationality and efficiency of the flat knitted sweater model, and to solve the problem that the flat knitting method is difficult to produce the complex structure of the suit, the garment CAD pattern technology was proposed to apply to the knitting process design of the flat knitted suit. The body-shaped female suit was selected as a research case, the application method and process of transforming the pattern structure of the front and back garment, sleeve and collar of the female suit was introduced in detail with CAD pattern technology, the design of the pattern structure drawing and the knitting program design of the computer flat knitting machine was analyzed after importing the SKT knitting intelligent software, and the finished female suit was finally knitted on the machine. The results show that the knitting process of women's suits prepared according to the paper pattern structure diagram meets the requirements of sweater processing technology, and the pattern is fit and beautiful, and the method is operability with high efficiency, and the knitting of the formed garment pieces can be precisely adjusted.
