Perfluorocarbons (PFASs) are emerging pollutants and have attracted people's attention. PFASs is persistent and biotoxic in the environment, and can be transmitted through the food chain, which can enrich in the organism and produce biological amplification effect. In recent years, it has become a global pollutant and has been detected in various environmental media, organisms and even human bodies. This study analyzes the contamination status of PFASs in different environmental media in China and abroad. Meanwhile, the single toxicity effects of PFASs and combined toxicity effects between PFASs and other organic pollutants in different biology are discussed. Furthermore, the prospect of pollution control and prevention of PFASs is put forward, which can provide reference for future research and toxicological evaluation of PFASs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
