The 89 articles exemplified for the last 5 years, constitute for the Review of Silviculture and Cinegetics a beginning of presenting the topic of forest therapy, so current in the context of climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic. Simultaneously with scientific information, some practical measures are recommended that can support the health of the population: the spread in urban and peri-urban areas of species emitting phytoncides, the location of clinics near pine or oak forests, the proliferation of dendrological parks, the predominant use of coniferous wood (thuja and other species) in the manufacture of furniture, completion of forest parks and accessibility of forests with a sanogenic role, etc. Any park, garden, forest curtain or peri-urban forest should be treated as a source of health for modern human society.
