The exposits on the scaling of chatbots to deliver customer service by social welfare providers. Information is offered on the methods by which chatbot architecture was modeled on real-world interactions with service providers as well as background on the customer service experience within existing systems of social welfare. The automation of various types of interactions encountered by seekers of public sector services is described. |
