Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on number of laws have been enacted to provide relief to people and businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The laws include the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act both enacted in March 2020. It also mentions provisions in COVID-19 response laws that explicitly address the period of availability for pandemic-related discretionary or mandatory appropriations. |
