Abstrakt:	Costello syndrome is a rare genetic syndrome. Patients with RASopathies often suffer from mental retardation, cardiovascular disease, short stature, macrocephaly and characteristic skin manifestations that are indicative of the respective syndrome. However, there is significant phenotypical overlap among the syndromes.2 Patients with Costello syndrome are characterized by intellectual disability, growth retardation, cardiomyopathy and coarse facial features.3 The cutaneous manifestations are distinctive for Costello syndrome.
